Very few people are aware of the actual link between neuroscience, cybernetics, artificial intelligence, neuro-chips, transhumanism, the science cyborg, robotics, somatic surveillance, behavior control, the thought police and human enhancement.
They all go hand in hand, and never in our history before, has this issue been as important as it is now.
One reason is that this technology, that begun to develop in the early 1950s is by now very advanced but the public is unaware of it and it goes completely unregulated. There is also a complete amnesia about its early development. The CIA funded experiments on people without consent through leading universities and by hiring prominent neuroscientists of that time. These experiments have since the 50s been brutal, destroying every aspect of a person’s life, while hiding behind curtains of National Security and secrecy but also behind psychiatry diagnosis.
The second is that its backside –mind reading, thought police, surveillance, pre-crime, behavior modification, control of citizen’s behavior; tastes, dreams, feelings and wishes; identities; personalities and not to mention the ability to torture and kill anyone from a distance — is completely ignored. All the important ethical issues dealing with the most special aspects of being a free human being living a full human life are completely dismissed. The praise of the machine in these discourses dealing with not only transhumanism ideals but also neuroscience today has a cost and that is complete disrespect, despise and underestimation of human beings, at least when it comes to their bodies, abilities and biological functions.
The brain is though seen as the only valuable thing; not just because of its complexity and mysteries, but also because it can create consciousness and awareness. We’re prone to diseases, we die, we make irrational decisions, we’re inconsistent, and we need someone to look up to. In a radio interview on Swedish “Filosofiska rummet” entitled “Me and my new brain” (Jag och min nya hjärna), neuroscientist Martin Ingvar referred to the human body as a “bad frame for the brain”. Questions about individual free will and personal identity were discussed and the point of view of Martin Ingvar was very much in line with José Delgado’s some 60 years ago, and its buried history of mind control: we don’t really have any choice, we’re not really having a free will or for that matter any consistent personality. This would be enough reason to change humans to whatever someone else wishes. For example, an elite.

The use of the implants to read your thoughts , talk to you, use ambient sounds for communication as well as modify neural function. Microtechnology as well as nanomedicine. The technology and the use of it is out of control. The combination of implants microtechnologies and nanomedicine to enable control or modification. Image capture from your brain so that all your memories and thoughts can be viewed and talked about. Put on a database.
You can actually talk to our harasser and the harasser communicate to you and they have access to your neural function so all the thoughts imagery you have are monitored real time. Its dolling the person and traps the person in a situation where they can not talk to a medical because they will be seen as disordered in some way, combined with the sickening from nanomedicine causes a massive problem for the afflicted person.

I have personally been the target of psychological attacks for the majority of my life. To be honest, and this might sound judgemental or unsympathetic, I feel that the majority of comments I’ve read on a number of sites like this are most likely the results of unchecked schizophrenic symptoms. I, myself, was diagnosed with schizo-affective disorder. After going through a number of years of treatment/medication, which didn’t help in the least, I decided to stop taking my medication and stop attending therapy. I have been without medication for well over 6 months now and haven’t been to a psychiatric appointment in close to a year. Within the past few weeks it has become painfully clear that the voice or voices that I am hearing are REAL. They have, on a number of occasions, told me the correct time of day when I had no clue of the exact time. I am a functioning member of society. I work a full-time job, and am not on disability. Honestly, I may not make it much longer. I’m fairly certain who my attacker is. I’m also pretty sure that I was implanted as a child/teenager as a result of my bad behavior/non-schizophrenic mental issues. I have not lead a good life. I have hurt people. I feel absolutely horrible about this. However, I absolutely do not deserve this torture.
Yesterday, I realized that if I plugged both ears with my fingertips it seemed to, at least, muffle the voice. I hope that this post does not fuel the fire of those actually suffering from schizophrenia. For the most part, I do not believe in conspiracy theories. Not sure if I believe in the “New World Order”, which I have read about on a number of these sites.

I’m Casey arbaugh and I got one of them chips but there not a chip, a chip doesn’t move around like bugs. And these crawl all around my brain zapping every inch. And this thing is painful it’s real torture I don’t know how they can do this to someone. My name is John Bigler and I live in Salt Lake City, Utah USA. I have definitely suffered about every aspect of “Remote Neural Monitoring” or something similar enough for about 15 years! The obvious mind-reading, totally abnormal states of mind mimicking mental illness or states way too dangerous to drive in, threatening my life not only on the road, but at home with total control of my respiratory, cardiovascular, sexual and nervous systems, not to mention muscular control. “They” have put me in a head-on collision in my Ford Taurus spinning it in circles after blacking me out at a busy intersection in Park City, Utah.
They have had me in near constant depressions, aside from Psuedo-delustional states that I never had before, except for depression. They have sent me to the ER 3 times from near respiratory failure, partial paralysis and a completely miserable state of mind, except for the times I didn’t bother calling 911.
In the beginning years they put me into a Puedo-delutsional state for fucking 2 years that a psychiatrist couldn’t bring me out of for obvious reasons!
Not local, county, state or federal government would do a damn thing about all this and so much more then or now! They are completely useless and unresponsive no matter how much I contact them about the seriousness of my on-going situation that could easily kill me one of these day’s – I am so fed-up living like this I can’t take it anymore! I have NO privacy of mind – they surveillance it 24/7, every second of the fucking day for all these years.
Could someone please help me before I commit suicide…
