I am relived to see that at last being a test subject on these kind of Brain Decoding experiments and all the dreadful torture they involve are finally coming to light ! I’m not sure what protection will be afforded to us by the UN But at least with Cyber Torture being classified as a genuine phoenomena there will be validation for all us .Bless us all .
