As a non investigative, non consensual, targeted individual, my question is why do these perpetrators, they are different than the nueroscience types, the “perps” go to great effort to make us, me miserable, thru sleep deprivation, verbal assaults, etc.? When do targets get knowledge or is it never? Your robots, simulated people will all be angry, etc. Maybe that’s the idea for defence purposes.
