This is a non profit organisation that has been established to create an awareness of cybernetic technology and electronic abuse, such as illegal data collection and manipulation of humans via brain – machine – interface.
How do we protect people that by utilitarian grounds, without informed consent, are used for brain studies with brain-computer-interface and illegal data collecting?
There is no law that protect humans, neither any medical support for them, in such situations. The situation is created by the fact that scientists do not leave any information about illegal mind reading technologies. They just keep on progressing in their neuroscience.
In our view there is an ongoing global criminal and unethical race between research companies to reverse engineer/clone the human brain. Scientists need to collect data from living human brains for several years.
It is now possible to clone select parts of the human brain function in a remote computer via an electronic interface.
Scientists use advanced AI (Artificial Intelligence)software for identification of patterns and for intelligent feedback of machine-made queries.
Since at least 2005 several new cases have emerged of human brains and nervous systems illegally “hijacked” with cybernetic technology.
Brain and nervous systems are remotely monitored 24/7. The “hijacked” brains serve self-learning computer software contributing to a future full scale computer model of the brain.
This provides a basis for the emergence of a neuroscientific model of human consciousness.
It may shed light on the age-old debate on free will and universal morality as the cerebral patterns corresponding to these concepts are found.
There is no established legal protection for the human subject when researchers use cybernetic technology to reverse engineer the human brain.
The progressing neuroscience using brain-machine-interface will one day enable those in power to push the human mind wide open for inspection.

I am so sorry this is happening to you. It is hard to understand what is happening but you can pick up a Radio Frequency detector and see the frequencies that you are being attacked with. After some time they know you have a device they zero it out. Try to video tape what the rf reading is.
Every night I get attacked for a few hours with infrasonic and other frequencies. They make My body shake, heat it up, and if I go out I get shots to the head that burn. Saying there is no law is very generic. You may distinguish between common law countries and romanic german law countries systems. Countries may have non-consensual experiments outlaw within their criminal code and they have a criminal code and a civil code.

The Bill was Overturned as I understand it. But the technology is real and they will not stop at trying to make it legal to implant us and torture us. I’m implanted. My name is Joel Mansell jr. “Program Agents” is what was communicated to me in my mind. Clear, distinct voices of separate individuals communicate to me that I was implanted in 1997. In 2015, August, I first heard a communication. They say that I’m a programmable person in society, that is the situation.
It’s hard for anyone who has not experienced what I have to concieve that people’s brains were apparently easy for scientists who developed the implant that I have in the center of my brain. I do have a small hole through the skin in the center of my forehead. I had an MRI in 2007 that identified the implant. I had a bike accident, was knocked unconcience and woke up in an ambulance. The emergency room doctor in Jasper Indiana was in a description, surprised to find something rare as a cerebral implant.
I have been manipulated in ways that are astonishing. The “organization” as they refer to themselves say that they are the United States government, and that “program agents” as they refer to themselves are interrogating me for the purpose of gaining knowledge about the effects of programming that I receive. I came up with the term biological robot. Then through research that I have read on the internet that that is already a term used to describe the complete control that this technology that I have implanted inside the center of my head can shut down any vital organ that they want. I’ve had my respritory system turned down to the point that I thought that the organization telling me that they are going to “extinguish me of my life” were doing it, finally. I have undergone very long interrogations lasting months. They run delusional simulations ment to get me to react as a person who is unstable and homicidal. I’ve been told by ” program agents” that I cannot be “extinguish of my life” unless I become phycotic or homicidal, that is the only way they can use a “classified bullet” that is the term used many time to me over the course of interrogations that facilitate “bad states being” and bad states of mind. So having younger voices at a certain point communicate their directives to me, telling me where to go what I should be concerneing myself with is being respectful. I have not and get punished for being disrespectful, unreceptive and angry. I get facilitated to bad states of being such as my muscles twitching, random stinging over my body. My faculties are taken from me leaving me incoherent and unable to function as a normal person with a cognitive state of mind and phycotic programming that is very very uncomfortable to have. It is bad states of mind I’m left in for months while receiving CONSTANT communications day and night every second of the time and becomes very “under the weather”. That is the most frequently communicate phrase I receive from ” program agents” that I am under the weather and that I will be having ” a bad time in my situation”.
It is beyond horrible, horrifying to one day receive a communication that you have classified technology and that it ” takes precedence over my life.”
Essentially people communicate intrude into my phyce that that can do anything they want because I possess classified technology that was implanted into my brain without my knowledge. 1997 is my date for implantation. That is the date told to me by program agents. I surmised at one time a year ago that I must have been taken while I was asleep and then given a type of sedation that would allow for me to be moved. I surmised that the organization obviously has a mobile unit that I was brought to in 1997 and implanted.
They communicated back to me that that was the situation and that the sedation is also a classified type situation.
The imaplant maps out the entire nervous system, powerful computers with advanced software or what have you decifer my brain and esentually encode a readable launguge for the purpose of facilitating the programming.

I’ve come a long way. I’m naturally a jovial person and accept that I’ve had my life routed away from what it would have been. I’m not going to start explanations right now about programming that is such a seemless facilitated re-route of my natural phyce. I’ve been told that I’m getting a ” reinstatement into society” and that I can have my natural phyce. The program agents tell me that I have a “very good natural phyce and that I have a good natural positive state of being”
I feel good I must admit and esentually they are going to let me go on without receiving programming. That’s what a reinstatement back into society means.
